Are your signs waterproof/weather-resistant?
Many outdoor sign configurations are designed with weather-resistant materials and finishes. Suitability depends on the selected sign type, electrical components, mounting method and installation environment. Confirm the intended indoor/outdoor use during quotation so the appropriate specification can be recommended.
What materials are your signs made from?
Material selection varies by sign type and may include metals, acrylics, vinyl/flex materials, illuminated components and other fabrication materials. The quotation and mockup process is used to confirm the material, finish, thickness and lighting configuration for your project.
How do I place an order?
Choose the sign type, provide dimensions, quantity, delivery location and your logo/artwork, then request a quotation. After the project specifications and free mockup are reviewed and approved, payment is completed through an approved payment method and the order proceeds to production.
How will I know my order has been successfully placed?
An order should be treated as confirmed after the agreed specifications, design/mockup and required payment have been completed and you receive order confirmation or an order reference from MerySigns. Keep that reference for tracking and support.
Can I see a mockup before production?
Yes. A design/mockup review is part of the pre-production workflow for applicable custom signage. Production should begin only after the required design and specifications have been approved.
How long does production take?
Production time is separate from shipping time and depends on sign type, size, quantity, materials, lighting, customization and artwork complexity. Your project-specific production estimate should therefore be confirmed with the quotation rather than assumed from transit time.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Do you offer rush orders?
Ask about rush handling before approving the order. Availability, production scheduling, carrier transit and any additional charge are confirmed for your specification and destination.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track My Order resource or contact Support with your order number and email. Typical stages include Order Received, Design in Progress, Mockup Sent, Design Approved, In Production, Quality Check, Shipped and Delivered.
How do I reorder a sign I previously purchased?
Contact the Support Hub and reference your previous order number, business name or design. The team can use the prior project as a reference and confirm whether dimensions, materials, finishes or other specifications need to be updated before repeat production.
Can you reproduce my previous design?
A previous design can generally be used as a production reference when the necessary artwork and specifications are available. Exact reproduction can depend on material availability, component revisions and the quality of the archived or supplied artwork, so specifications are reconfirmed before production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal and Payoneer. Payments must be transferred to the account details provided by MerySigns, in accordance with the payment terms agreed for your order. The applicable currency, payment schedule and deposit or full-payment requirement are stated in the approved quotation or invoice.
Is online payment secure?
Use the PayPal or Payoneer details supplied with your approved quotation, invoice or order confirmation. Payments follow the agreed terms. Never send full card numbers, CVV/security codes or other sensitive card credentials through WhatsApp, email or ordinary chat.
Do you offer a warranty?
The warranty period is 1 year. Applicable coverage, exclusions and remedies are stated in the approved written order for the supplied sign and components.
What does the warranty cover?
The written order defines covered manufacturing, workmanship or component faults and exclusions. Include your reference, photos and a description of the issue for review. Incorrect installation, misuse or exposure outside the approved specification may be excluded.
Do you provide installation instructions?
Installation guidance can be provided where applicable to the sign type. Follow the supplied mounting and electrical instructions and use a suitably qualified installer where electrical work, elevated work or local code requirements apply.
Do you provide a mounting template?
A mounting template may be supplied for applicable signage to assist positioning and alignment. Availability depends on the sign type and mounting system, so confirm the requirement before production.
Can I order a completely custom size/design?
Yes, custom sizing and design are core parts of the quotation process, subject to fabrication, structural, material, shipping and installation constraints. Supply the required dimensions, artwork and intended use so feasibility and pricing can be confirmed.
Do you ship worldwide?

Can I change or cancel an approved design?

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotes, orders and deliveries made through www.merysigns.com, which is operated by Essentranest LLC, St. Petersburg, Florida ("we", "us"). By placing an order or accepting a quote you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and pricing
Calculator prices are preliminary estimates in US dollars. The final price, minimum order requirement, quotation validity and any mockup conditions are confirmed in writing after artwork and specifications have been reviewed.
3. Discounts
Trade and volume pricing are project-specific. Any discount, eligibility requirement, minimum quantity and combination of offers must be stated in the approved written quotation before ordering.
4. Ordering process
A contract is formed when you approve the final mockup and quote in writing and the agreed payment is received. Production starts only after the design proof has been approved by you.
5. Artwork and design approval
Please supply artwork as vector files (for example AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). If we need to redraw or clean up artwork we will tell you in advance. You confirm that you hold all rights to the logos, texts and designs you submit and you release us from third-party claims arising from them. Colors on screens may differ slightly from the finished product.
6. Production and delivery
Production begins after final design approval and the required payment conditions are met. Production time is separate from transit time. The quotation identifies the shipping service, estimated transit window, whether days are calendar or business days, and any rush surcharge. Delivery estimates remain subject to carrier and customs handling.
7. Shipping, customs and risk
Packaging, courier service, shipping charges and any transit insurance are confirmed in the quotation. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise. Inspect the shipment on arrival and report visible damage promptly with photographs, retaining packaging for the carrier review. Any reporting deadline is stated in the order or carrier terms.
8. Payment
Payment terms are stated on the quote. We may request a deposit before production starts, with the balance due before shipping. Corporate tax invoices are available on request. Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment is received.
9. Custom-made goods, changes and cancellation
Because every sign is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind once production has started. Change requests after proof approval may cause extra costs and delays. If you cancel before production starts, costs already incurred for design work may be charged.
10. Warranty
The warranty period is 1 year. Covered components, exclusions and remedies are defined in the approved written order. Coverage applies only to the products and intended use specified there. Incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, accidents and exposure outside the approved specification may be excluded. Provide your order reference and clear photographs or video when requesting a review. Any repair, replacement and related shipping costs are governed by those written terms.
- The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, accidents or natural disasters.
- Outdoor use requires the IP67 weatherproof option.
- To make a claim, contact us with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
11. Installation
Installation is the responsibility of the customer. We provide a full-size mounting template and, as options, mounting hardware, spacer pins and an installation video guide with a live support call. We recommend installation by a qualified person, especially for electrical connections.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business interruption.
13. Intellectual property
Our own designs, mockups and proofs remain our property until payment. Customer artwork remains the property of the customer. We may show finished projects in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts in Pinellas County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country provide otherwise.
